Jeff began his legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor in Oakland County Michigan under L. Brooks Patterson. His most rewarding work at the Prosecutor's Office was protecting children and the elderly. In 1991 Jeff started his own law practice, Jeffrey R. Saunders P.C., in order to provide legal services in the area of Estate Planning and Elder Law. Seeing an unmet need among his clients, Jeff became a Certified Financial Planner ™ in 2004 and thereafter founded Saunders Financial, LLC, in order to offer the valuable combination of estate planning, financial planning and investment management.
Jeff and his wife, Mitzi, live in Plymouth Township along with their lovable Doberman, Ava. In his free time, Jeff likes to spend time at his cabin walking the trails with his wife and playing golf.

Cindy began working with Jeffrey R. Saunders, P.C. in 1998. She has an Associates of Applied Science degree as a Legal Assistant, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Macomb Community College in 1998.
With an extensive knowledge base from working in legal, financial and insurance advisory offices, Cindy helps both Jeffrey R. Saunders, P.C., and Saunders Financial, LLC provide the best service possible tailored specifically for each client's needs.
Cindy is a lifelong Michigander and has been a Ferndale resident since 1998.
