Unless a client has a clear picture of current assets and liabilities, they cannot set reasonable goals. Know what you own and why.
Creating a financial plan is not difficult, but sticking to the plan can be very difficult without a strong advisor/client relationship. Communication leads to understanding.
The key to investing is persistence. Those who stick to a sound plan will find success.

Jeffrey R. Saunders, JD, CFP®
Attorney/Advisor
Jeff began his legal career in 1987 as an Assistant Prosecutor in Oakland County, Michigan. While at the Prosecutor's Office, Jeff found his work in protecting children and the elderly to be most rewarding.
Jeff founded Jeffrey R. Saunders, P.C. in 1991 to provide legal services in the area of Estate Planning and Elder Law. Seeing the need to provide more comprehensive services, Jeff became a Certified Financial Planner TM in 2004 and created Saunders Financial, LLC in 2014 so he could offer a valuable combination of estate planning and financial planning advice.
Jeff and his wife, Mitzi, live in Plymouth and have two sons attending College of the Holy Cross in Worchester, Massachusetts.

Paralegal/Client Services Specialist
Cindy began working with Jeffrey R. Saunders, P.C. in 1998. She has an Associates of Applied Science degree as a Legal Assistant, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Macomb Community College in 1998.
With an extensive knowledge base from working in legal, financial and insurance advisory offices, Cindy helps both Jeffrey R. Saunders, P.C., and Saunders Financial, LLC provide the best service possible tailored specifically for each client's needs.
A lifelong Michigan resident, Cindy currently lives in Ferndale with her cat and, for the time being, her daughter who is currently completing her degree in Business Management and Administration. When not at work, Cindy is usually busy helping with small business start-ups, volunteering and camping whenever possible.
